Gin Cocktail Description

Fancy a bit of Christmas in your cocktails? Well here’s a perfect festive option from Dabblers Gin to bring fun and flavour to your Christmas table.

Ingredients

60ml Dabblers Summer Berry Gin
¼ peeled kiwifruit
2 tsp strawberry jam
15ml lemon juice
½ tsp vanilla extract
30ml simple syrup (50:50 sugar and water)
30ml pasteurised egg white
30ml fresh cream
Soda water

Mixing Directions

Add gin and kiwifruit to a shaker and muddle (crush).
Add strawberry jam, lemon juice, vanilla extract, simple syrup, pasteurised egg white, cream and ice.
Shake.
Remove ice and dry shake.
Strain into a glass.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with strawberry or kiwifruit slices.
