Ruby’s Spritzer
Gin Cocktail Description
A pink gin favourite from Christchurch based Curiosity Gin.
Ingredients
30ml Ruby
10ml Aperol
10ml Lemon Juice
Pink Proseco or Sparkling Rosé
Fresh rhubarb to garnish
Mixing Directions
Place Gin, Aperol and lemon juice in an ice filled cocktail shaker.
Shake together vigorously.
Strain into a large coupe or small wine glass filled with a handful of ice.
Top up with Sparkling Rosé or Pink Prosecco.
Garnish with a fresh rhubarb stick.
