New Zealand’s most celebrated boutique gin festival, is returning to Wellington in February 2027 with a new summer date, great new venue and new line-up featuring rum, whisky, liqueurs and other spirits alongside your favourite gins. There'll even be beer on tap!

With a fantastic line-up of distillers showcasing 90+ gins and other spirits, this exceptional range of distilled spirits is all yours to explore with samples from vendors included in the ticket price.

Delight your senses, tickle your tastebuds, jump into great conversations, buy a specialty drink or two and sit back and soak up the atmosphere.

If you’re looking for inspiration or education, the Gin Theatre will be in action with presentations from a selection of passionate distillers.

This afternoon gin-on-the-lawn experience is one not to miss!

What To Expect

Join us for an afternoon of gin and other spirits on the lawn at Waitangi Park in the heart of Wellington!

Sample gins and other spirits from distillers throughout the day.

Each vendor will have signature G&Ts and specialty drinks for sale by the glass. Just make your choice then relax in the sun, drink in hand. There'll even be beer on tap for those who prefer a refreshing ale.

Bottles will be available for purchase so you can take home a bottle or two of your favourite tipples at the end of the day.

A great range of local food vendors will be on site to keep you well fed.

Exhibitors FOR 2027

Since 2019, Gindulgence Wellington has showcased a dynamic line-up of premier distilleries from New Zealand and around the world. Each producer brings their own twist to the craft, offering distinctive expressions infused with exciting botanicals and bold imaginative flavours.

In 2027, the festival moves to a great new location at Waitangi Park in the heart of the city, where some distillers will also delight us with their portfolio of other premium spirits.

We're excited to bring you rum, whisky, vodka, liqueurs and other interesting spirits from our talented exhibiting team. This year, you'll even find a refreshing beer or two on offer.

Curiosity Gin

Delightfully crafted and brimming with flavour, Curiosity Gin invites you on a journey to redefine your gin experience while uncovering the essence of New Zealand in every sip. This award-winning, small-batch gin is passionately crafted in their Christchurch urban distillery, making each pour an extraordinary experience.

The Racketeer Gin

Long Shot Distillery are local and family run, creating small-batch, garage distilled products using the finest botanicals. We love sharing our creations with you, we hope you love them.

Yu Gin

Dreaming of a Cool Refreshing Drink? Yu Gin is the ultimate refreshing gin, based on a unique combination of botanicals: juniper, yuzu, Sichuan pepper, liquorice and many others! With thick skin and many seeds, Yuzu looks rather hostile, but it contains an aromatic richness and unparalleled freshness.

Juno Spirits

Aotearoa’s goddess of gin. Juno Gin features fresh locally sourced botanicals, pure Taranaki mountain water and distilling artistry that has won awards all over the globe. Juno release a new gin each quarter that captures the unique abundance and essence of that season. From the rich narrative behind each gin to its iconic black bottle and award-winning taste, expect the divine.

Join Julien for four generations of French flair! Celebrate their New Gin on the Block - Founders Classic Gin, a French legacy distilled in Dunedin. While you’re there, sample their Limoncello and a celebratory special edition - Lime-cello.

Blush Merchants

Blush Gin and Russell Rum are handcrafted in New Zealand, combining vibrant ingredients with playful, artisanal flair. Blush Gin offers floral, fruity elegance, while Russell Rum brings crisp, spiced coastal character. With eye-catching design and versatile flavours, both spirits embody creativity, celebration which make them favourites for cocktails and special occasions.

The Winslow Distillery

Family owned and operated, The Winslow Distillery is based in Martinborough, the heart of South Wairarapa wine country, and is known for its innovative and bold approach to gin-making, crafting unique spirits that reflect the creativity and vibrancy of the region. Known for their intriguing flavour combinations and smooth finish they are making a prominent name in New Zealand’s craft gin scene.

Southward Distilling

Southward Distilling is a local, Wellington based distillery. Born out of a passion for liquor, Southward is all about making Gin and Spirits that push the flavour boundaries and play to people’s unique pallets. We are Modern distilling, respecting tradition and telling our own story.

Imagination Distilling

Our distillery is nestled in the bush, down a gravel drive, off a single lane road, in the Reikorangi Valley, Kapiti Coast, Aotearoa New Zealand. It's the place where New Zealand's trail-blazing craft brewery, Tuatara, was born and so there's a real sense of 'something in the air' around the place. Spiritual even.

Sea Lovers Gin

Sea Lovers Gin is a love letter to the incredible oceans that surround Aotearoa New Zealand. Inspired by it, distilled with botanicals from its depths and committed to preserving its wellbeing. Featuring Waiheke Island Oyster shells, Wild-harvested Kelp and fresh Rosemary, this complex contemporary gin conjures the essence of the ocean into your glass. Gindulgence aims to promote responsible drinking to create a festival environment that everyone can enjoy. Plenty of food, tonics and other non-alcoholic beverages will be available. Please don't drink and drive, there are public transport options near our events and taxis or Uber are just a phone call or tap away.
