  1. Introduction
  • These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of the sale of tickets to Gindulgence.
  • You are responsible for remaining aware of these Terms and Conditions.
  • IHFCL (Ilam Homestead Function Centre Limited) makes every effort to ensure information provided is correct, but to the extent permitted by law, accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies.
  1. Definitions
  • "Gindulgence" means the festival managed by IHFCL featuring gin producers, tastings, discussions, food, and music.
  • "IHFCL" means Ilam Homestead Function Centre Limited, a registered New Zealand company.
  • "Working Day" excludes weekends and New Zealand public holidays and excludes the period from 25 December to 5 January.
  1. Ticket Purchase & Third-Party Platforms
  • Ticketing Providers: IHFCL uses third-party platforms, primarily Flicket.co.nz, and may also use TicketFairy.com or Eventbrite.com as intermediaries.
  • Fees: You are responsible for all booking, transaction, and processing fees which are additional to the advertised ticket price.
  • Agreement: By purchasing or using a ticket, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and our 2026 Privacy Policy (available at www.gindulgence.co.nz).
  • Changes: We reserve the right to vary these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting to our website.
  1. Your Ticket & Delivery
  • Email Accuracy: You must provide a valid email address for electronic delivery.
  • Redemption: Tickets must be presented (printed or on a mobile device) for entry and can only be redeemed once.
  • Security: Treat your ticket like cash; the unique code identifies the purchaser and the ticket.
  • Support: If you do not receive a confirmation email, it is your responsibility to contact us via the relevant ticketing platform’s support portal (e.g., Flicket or TicketFairy).
  1. Privacy & Marketing (Compliance Update)
  • Consent to Collect: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that IHFCL collects personal information directly from you and indirectly via our ticketing providers (Flicket, etc.).
  • Marketing Use: You agree that your email address and personal information may be used to market Gindulgence events to you via email or text.
  • Communication Notice: In accordance with the Privacy Amendment Act 2025, we will provide a link to our privacy policy in our email communications to ensure you are aware of this collection.
  • Third-Party Warrant: If you purchase tickets for others, you warrant that you have made those parties aware of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, including how their information will be used for event updates and marketing.
  1. Cancellations & Attendance
  • Refunds: Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once issued, except as required by New Zealand law or at the sole discretion of IHFCL.
  • Programme Changes: IHFCL reserves the right to substitute performers, products, or venues without notice.
  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject attendees for objectionable behaviour, such as being abusive or disorderly, without compensation or refund.
  • Media: By attending, you acknowledge that we may collect your likeness through photos or videos in public areas for marketing purposes.
