Kākāpō Distillery

Kākāpō Distillery is a small family team in Whangaparāoa making gin that does a bit of good. Using native botanicals and crafting in small batches, we celebrate Aotearoa while supporting kākāpō recovery and caring for the land that inspires us.

Dabblers Gin

Dabblers by Dynamic Distilling is a unique range of gins naturally infused with seasonal ingredients from New Zealand and around the world. Our gins are carefully crafted with natural ingredients and creative flavours to bring a bit of fun to your glass!

Awildian Gin

Awildian gins are a combination of imagination and reason, of science and magic – an approach that has contributed to Awildian Coromandel Dry Gin being awarded “World’s Best Classic Gin” at the 2022 World Gin Awards. The gins crafted in the Coromandel Distilling Co’s experimental micro-distillery in Thames are born from the Coromandel’s wildness, from the ancient magic of the land and the sea. Rare drops that are as pure as they are delicious.

The Winslow Distillery

Family owned and operated, The Winslow Distillery is based in Martinborough, the heart of South Wairarapa wine country, and is known for its innovative and bold approach to gin-making, crafting unique spirits that reflect the creativity and vibrancy of the region. Known for their intriguing flavour combinations and smooth finish they are making a prominent name in New Zealand’s craft gin scene.

Curiosity Gin

Delightfully crafted and brimming with flavour, Curiosity Gin invites you on a journey to redefine your gin experience while uncovering the essence of New Zealand in every sip. This award-winning, small-batch gin is passionately crafted in their Christchurch urban distillery, making each pour an extraordinary experience.

Blush Merchants

Blush Gin and Russell Rum are handcrafted in New Zealand, combining vibrant ingredients with playful, artisanal flair. Blush Gin offers floral, fruity elegance, while Russell Rum brings crisp, spiced coastal character. With eye-catching design and versatile flavours, both spirits embody creativity, celebration which make them favourites for cocktails and special occasions.

Sea Lovers Gin

Sea Lovers Gin is a love letter to the incredible oceans that surround Aotearoa New Zealand. Inspired by it, distilled with botanicals from its depths and committed to preserving its wellbeing. Featuring Waiheke Island Oyster shells, Wild-harvested Kelp and fresh Rosemary, this complex contemporary gin conjures the essence of the ocean into your glass. For every bottle sold, Sea Lovers donates $5 towards ocean conservation.

Kaimai Distillery

Distilled at the Waikino Hotel, Eliza's Claim Gold Gin is a Gold Award winning drop. Crafted using pure artisan spring water and botanicals complemented with organic rosemary and manuka honey, this gin glitters with real gold flakes (just like the land it's made on). Distilled to Win Hearts, Gretchen Gin is a tribute to the Black Forest and the timeless love story of Alfred Schladerer and his wife Greta, fondly known as "Gretchen." Lovingly crafted to a family recipe dating back to 1947, this spirit exudes elegance with every sip.

Pungent Pukeko Distillery

Nestled in Otorohanga, Pungent Pukeko Distillery crafts award-winning gin using botanicals mostly grown on their lifestyle block. Named after the native birds roaming their property, this small operation has earned serious recognition since launching.

5 Mile Distilling

5 Mile Distilling is Taupō’s first commercial distillery. Founded in 2022, they've quickly gained acclaim earning 22 medals for their spirits, including a trophy for their Original Gin in 2022 and Gold Medals for their Navy and Forest Gins in 2025. Driven by a commitment to community and sustainability, their purpose is helping Taupō prosper.

The Source Gin is forged by the four seasons that blow through the Cardrona Valley, Southern Alps, New Zealand. A natural matrix of locally foraged rosehip, together with traditional juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon and orange zest, vapour-distilled into our Single Malt Spirit.

Gindulgence aims to promote responsible drinking to create a festival environment that everyone can enjoy. Plenty of food, tonics and other non-alcoholic beverages will be available. Please don't drink and drive, there are public transport options near our events and taxis or Uber are just a phone call or tap away.
