Victor Gin & Tommy

At the home of Thomson Whisky, where we also craft Victor Gin and the Tommy Cocktail, it’s all about a passion for the spirit, creativity, and respect for the process.

On gin distilling days, our distillery smells like summer. We carefully utilise fresh botanicals and we’re heavy-handed on the juniper, resulting in a weighty, flavourful spirit.

Our approach to gin making is simple: take the gin flavours we love and turn up the volume. We chose just five botanicals; juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamom and coriander; and distilled them with abundance, so all are present and loud in the mix.

As for ‘Tommy’, it’s hand crafted with delicious whisky, ginger, bay leaf and pure local honey. Tommy is a smooth liqueur with a bold kick. Every sip brings a balance of sweet and spice – perfect for cozy nights or refreshing days. Enjoy it your way – garnish with a squeeze of lemon or lime, served hot or cold.
