This bubbly and summery delight is perfect for a Christmas or New Year celebratory toast!
Ingredients
30ml Curiosity Recipe #23 Gin
30ml Peach Syrup
Champagne
Lemon Twist
Mixing Directions
Shake gin and syrup together with ice in a cocktail shaker to chill.
Strain into a chilled Champagne flute or coupé glass.
Top up with Champagne.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
