Rhubarb & Raspberry Spritz
Ingredients
- 30ml Imagination Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin
- 30ml Aperol
- 60ml Grapefruit Juice
- Prosecco
- Rhubarb ribbon & green olives to garnish
Mixing Directions
Fill glass with cubed ice. Add gin, Aperol and Grapefruit Juice. Top with Prosecco
and add a skewer of the rhubarb & green olive garnish
