Rifters Arrowtown Collins
Ingredients
45mls Rifters blue gold gin
15mls pickle brine
30mls lemon juice
15mls sugar syrup
Soda water
Mixing Directions
Add Gin, pickle brine, lemon juice and sugar syrup over ice into a tall Collins glass or
stemless wine glass and top with 120mls soda water .
Stir ingredients together. Garnish with a lemon peel, 3 or 4 cornichon and a sprig of fresh thyme
