Ingredients: ; 45ml Awildian Spiced Gin; 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice; 15ml simple syrup; 20ml Crême de Mûre blackberry liqueur; Blackberries to garnish (optional); 

Gin Cocktail Description

Recently featured on Sachie’s Kitchen, the Spiced Gin Bramble harnesses the refreshing flavours of our award-winning Coromandel Spiced Gin and locally-sourced blackberries (foraging not required).

Ingredients

45ml Awildian Spiced Gin
20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
20ml Crême de Mûre blackberry liqueur
Blackberries to garnish (optional)

Mixing Directions

Shake the gin, lemon juice and syrup. Pour into an old-fashioned glass over crushed ice. Pour Crême de Mûre over the top. Garnish with a blackberry or two.
