Less than two hours from Christchurch, the ‘hive’ (as it’s called) is alive with inspiration and humming with activity from a team who loves to share their journey and passion.

A dose of encouragement and a dash of bravery drove the founders to leave successful careers and dive head first into the unknown in 2019!

There is nothing smaller, or greater, than the humble bee. They play a vital role in nature and are key in helping maintain a healthy ecosystem and produce some of the finest botanicals necessary to craft a quality gin. The Humdinger brand pays homage to this little superstar. The bee is celebrated not only in the name and on the label but the team also donate 1% of profits to support the establishment of beehives.
