Exhibitor Cocktails for Gindulgence at Home!
Reefton Distilling Co.
Pour above ingredients over ice; stir
Top with Soda or Tonic to desired taste
Garnish: Lime slice, fresh blueberries (or mixed fresh berries)
Note: Sugar syrup (250ml)
Bring 2c sugar and 1c water to boil quickly
Remove from heat; cool
Juno Gin Berry
30ml Juno Extra Fine Gin
10ml Lime Juice
30ml Cranberry Juice
Place ice in glass.
Pour cocktail ingredients except soda.
Add soda and garnish with a twist of lime.
30ml Juno Extra Fine Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Honey solution (half and half honey and hot water)
Place ice in glass.
Pour cocktail ingredients except tonic.
Add tonic and garnish with dried rose petals.
Warner's Raspberry G & T
30mls Warner’s Raspberry Gin
Plenty of ice
Top with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic.
Garnish with a few blackberries and a sprig of fresh mint.
Nice and easy to make at home!
This is a wonderfully refreshing version of the French 75 cocktail.
30ml Curiosity Recipe #23
15ml Simple Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
Dash Orange Bitters
Orange Peel to garnish
Shake gin, syrup, lemon juice & bitters together with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled Champagne flute or coupe glass.
Top up with Rosé Champagne or Sparkling Rosé.
Garnish with an orange twist.
Savoury Allsorts Gin
Available in NZ, the aptly named Savoury Allsorts Gin is distinctly savoury with upfront star anise characters fused with thyme, marjoram, borage, and gentian, giving wonderfully fresh herbaceous flavours.
Serve with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic, a twist of lemon peel and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Bottles will be available for purchase, so you can take home a bottle or two of your favourites!
Food will be available for purchase from some of Christchurch's favourite food vendors.

Curious by nature, Curiosity brings you gins with unique personality and a New Zealand flavour that stands out from the crowd. Made in small batches, whole botanicals are steeped in the base spirit for 24 hours before re-distilling, through ‘Yoyo’ the copper pot still, creating a true hand distilled aromatic gin.

Dancing Sands Distillery starts from the most stunning place on the planet, Golden Bay New Zealand. We are New Zealand’s most awarded distillery crafting our simply stunning gin range from the classic Dry Gin and Sun-Kissed gins to the adventurous Wasabi-Strength and Chocolate gins. There is something for everyone.
Created in honour of Reefton legend Little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, gin-toting, 4 foot tall goldminer. Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand gin with a pioneer’s attitude.
Winner of the Alcohol Category in the recent Artisan Awards, we wanted to bring back the charm and charisma of the 1900s while creating an honest gin that kiwis could celebrate as their own. With a commitment to keeping things local, 1919 Distilling uses a 600L still that was custom built in New Zealand, source botanicals from small artisan suppliers some of which include Otago cherries and Raw Manuka Honey from the Bay of Islands.

An intimate and beautiful whisky and cocktail lounge situated in the historic New Regent Street in the heart of Christchurch. Offering is a hand-picked selection of around 250 fine whiskies, gins and a range of cocktails, craft beer and boutique wines.
Warner’s Distillery have been making gin the authentic way in the UK since 2012.
Our gins are crafted with nature: water from our spring, home-grown botanicals, fresh honey from our bees. We re-sow, replant, give back to nature. Real craft means graft. We’re gin farmers. Pioneers of the super-premium flavoured gin category, we invented Rhubarb Gin, using only natural ingredients and are often credited with the creation of the modern pink gin craze. So, raise a glass with us, to the land, to laughter and loved ones. In the end, those are the things that matter most.
We blend modern distilling techniques with time-honoured traditions. Pondering early rock n’ roll, we thought a few rudimentary instruments working together sound great - let’s work with the basics, get some robust tones going, then turn up the volume. This stripped back approach is how we created Victor Gin. Juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamon & coriander - all delicious flavour tones, uniquely decipherable, that hum together with nowhere to hide.

Named after the picturesque, palm-lined road in the Barossa where this distillery calls home, Seppeltsfield Road Distillers are making waves with their award-winning gins. Seppeltsfield Road Distillers’ produce gin to be bright, fresh, complex and above all balanced; achieved through carefully crafted recipe development, a purpose-built still and using the highest quality ingredients.
CHEMIST AND THE PEACH
Chemist and the Peach are an acoustic (can be electric) Christchurch duo with a female vocalist from Portland and male guitarist from Canterbury. We love to perform and have an honest, easy to listen to, yet unique sound.

All drinks for consumption at the festival must be purchased using Gin Dollars ($GD) stored on your festival wristband.
Visit the AWOP top-up kiosk on entry or anytime during the festival and load money onto your wristband.
Use your wristband to purchase from vendors. It is the only form of payment that will be accepted for drinks.
On your way out, stop by the kiosk again to refund any cash left on your wristband. You can also get your refund online at awop.co.nz/refunds within 30 days.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable so please make sure you select the correct day when purchasing.

Sorry to say, but no. We have a great selection of food providers on the day and most dietary requirements will be catered for. See each location's individual page for the providers on the day!
Yes! In Wellington we have free water stations, and each exhibitor will also have water available. All of the food retailers will have non-alcoholic beverages available as well. In Christchurch there will be wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages available from the bar inside the Ilam Homestead. Fever Tree will have a tonic stand at both festivals with their range of tonics for sampling and purchasing.
Sorry, fur babies of all descriptions (except service dogs) will need to stay at home that day.
Both Christchurch and Wellington are R18. No children please, it's an adult-only event.
We have secure storage for your retail purchases. These bottles will be kept safe until you collect them (see the map on your programme). When you have made a purchase your bottle will be placed into a bag and you will be given a ticket to present on your way out. They are not to be opened on site.
Gindulgence aims to promote responsible drinking to create a festival environment that everyone can enjoy. Plenty of food, tonics and other non-alcoholic beverages will be available. Please don’t drink and drive, there are public transport options near our events and taxis or Uber are just a phone call or tap away.
The Gindulgence team will happily assist with phone numbers for safe transport options and information whenever needed.
