Curious by nature, Curiosity brings you gins with unique personality and a New Zealand flavour that stands out from the crowd. Made in small batches, whole botanicals are steeped in the base spirit for 24 hours before re-distilling, through ‘Yoyo’ the copper pot still, creating a true hand distilled aromatic gin.

Many liquor industry people roll their eyes when the phrase "best in the world" is rolled out, so often it is heard, so seldom proven. Hi I.Q. Liquor Merchants goes to great length to source the very best products and make them available to you, including Edinburgh, Fleischmanns and King Robert II.

South Africa’s premium citrus gin, is crafted from the wonderfully sweet and aromatic soft citrus fruit, sun-ripened and handpicked by selected mandarin growers from across the world.

Sundried ClemenGold peels take the flavour lead with eight botanicals to produce this smooth, Classic Cape Dry style gin with subtle hints of citrus.

Bureaucrats Gin is an innovative gin distillery located in Wellington NZ where two Wellington bureaucrats distill small batch, hand crafted original gins.  Will you prefer their Coconut, Lime and Lemongrass Gin? Or maybe their Spiced Cinnamon Gin is the one for you? Whichever you choose, you’re sure to adore their Black Doris Plum Gin, it's a world first!

Dancing Sands Distillery starts from the most stunning place on the planet, Golden Bay New Zealand.  We are New Zealand’s most awarded distillery crafting our simply stunning gin range from the classic Dry Gin and Sun-Kissed gins to the adventurous Wasabi-Strength and Chocolate gins.  There is something for everyone.

Created in honour of Reefton legend Little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, gin-toting, 4 foot tall goldminer. Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand gin with a pioneer’s attitude.

Winner of the Alcohol Category in the recent Artisan Awards, we wanted to bring back the charm and charisma of the 1900s while creating an honest gin that kiwis could celebrate as their own. With a commitment to keeping things local, 1919 Distilling uses a 600L still that was custom built in New Zealand, source botanicals from small artisan suppliers some of which include Otago cherries and Raw Manuka Honey from the Bay of Islands.

When city people want a city gin to call their own they take matters into their own hands and go on a mission to build an artisan distillery. Fanatical in the pursuit of no-compromise craft gin, we distil rain water with native botanicals in a gorgeous hand-made copper still right in the heart of Wellington. We make brazen city gins.

Putting a premium twist on the premix world. A traditional dry gin made in the sunny Bay of Plenty from natural botanicals with a kiwi twist of Kawakawa and Horopito. New Zealand made, 100% natural, preservative free, low in sugar.

A cosy, intimate bar serving gins, cocktails, beer, wines & appetising bar snacks.  92 Victoria Street is your gin escape into a native paradise.

We're bringing a little taste of Gin Gin to Gindulgence.

An intimate and beautiful whisky and cocktail lounge situated in the historic New Regent Street in the heart of Christchurch. Offering is a hand-picked selection of around 250 fine whiskies, gins and a range of cocktails, craft beer and boutique wines.

Warner’s Distillery have been making gin the authentic way in the UK since 2012.

Our gins are crafted with nature: water from our spring, home-grown botanicals, fresh honey from our bees. We re-sow, replant, give back to nature. Real craft means graft. We’re gin farmers.  Pioneers of the super-premium flavoured gin category, we invented Rhubarb Gin, using only natural ingredients and are often credited with the creation of the modern pink gin craze.  So, raise a glass with us, to the land, to laughter and loved ones. In the end, those are the things that matter most.

We blend modern distilling techniques with time-honoured traditions. We celebrate an exciting play between expansive creativity and an unbending commitment to making spirits that will stand the test of time. This duality defines us, inspiring our approach to crafting the finest selection of copper distilled New Zealand gins, vodkas, rums and whiskies available.

Pondering early rock n’ roll, we thought a few rudimentary instruments working together sound great - let’s work with the basics, get some robust tones going, then turn up the volume. This stripped back approach is how we created Victor Gin. Juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamon & coriander - all delicious flavour tones, uniquely decipherable, that hum together with nowhere to hide.

Named after the picturesque, palm-lined road in the Barossa where this distillery calls home, Seppeltsfield Road Distillers are making waves with their award-winning gins. Seppeltsfield Road Distillers’ produce gin to be bright, fresh, complex and above all balanced; achieved through carefully crafted recipe development, a purpose-built still and using the highest quality ingredients.

Delicious food to go with your craft gin cocktails will be available on the day! Check out our food vendors:

Chemist and the Peach are an acoustic (can be electric) Christchurch duo with a female vocalist from Portland and male guitarist from Canterbury. We love to perform and have an honest, easy to listen to, yet unique sound.

"Christchurch singer-songwriter and instrumentalist Nanako Sato, whose talents on the keyboards are undeniable, matching those skills to her formidable, smoky voice. ...her funky lounge and jazz tinged sounds fitted nicely in with those of her fellow performers, her songs blooming with Ben Woods percussion and drumming talents, his brush work giving a delicate touch to her material."
- Amanda Mills, NZ Musician (Jun 01, 2010)
