GIN EXHIBITORS

CURIOSITY GIN

Curious by nature, Curiosity brings you gins with unique personality and a New Zealand flavour that stands out from the crowd. Made in small batches, whole botanicals are steeped in the base spirit for 24 hours before re-distilling, through ‘Yoyo’ the copper pot still, creating a true hand distilled aromatic gin.

HI I.Q. LIQUOR MERCHANTS

Many liquor industry people roll their eyes when the phrase "best in the world" is rolled out, so often it is heard, so seldom proven. Hi I.Q. Liquor Merchants goes to great length to source the very best products and make them available to you, including Edinburgh, Fleischmanns and King Robert II.

BUREAUCRATS GIN

Bureaucrats Gin is an innovative gin distillery located in Wellington NZ where two Wellington bureaucrats distill small batch, hand crafted original gins.  Will you prefer their Coconut, Lime and Lemongrass Gin? Or maybe their Spiced Cinnamon Gin is the one for you? Whichever you choose, you’re sure to adore their Black Doris Plum Gin, it's a world first!

JUNO GIN

Aotearoa’s goddess of gin. Juno Gin features fresh locally sourced botanicals, pure Taranaki mountain water and distilling artistry that has caught the notice of awards panels all over the globe. To complement their signature Extra Fine gin, Juno release a new gin each quarter that captures the unique abundance and essence of that season. From the rich narrative behind each gin to its gorgeous iconic black bottle and award-winning taste, expect the divine.

BLUSH GIN

Blush is here to tickle your taste buds! Let our Rhubarb Gin or our latest Boysenberry take you on a flavour adventure. And YES our legendary Gin Slushies will be back and better than ever. Drink Local, Be Social #BlushGinNZ

DANCING SANDS

Dancing Sands Distillery starts from the most stunning place on the planet, Golden Bay New Zealand.  We are New Zealand’s most awarded distillery crafting our simply stunning gin range from the classic Dry Gin and Sun-Kissed gins to the adventurous Wasabi-Strength and Chocolate gins.  There is something for everyone.

LITTLE BIDDY

Created in honour of Reefton legend Little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, gin-toting, 4 foot tall goldminer. Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand gin with a pioneer’s attitude.

1919 DISTILLING

Winner of the Alcohol Category in the recent Artisan Awards, we wanted to bring back the charm and charisma of the 1900s while creating an honest gin that kiwis could celebrate as their own. With a commitment to keeping things local, 1919 Distilling uses a 600L still that was custom built in New Zealand, source botanicals from small artisan suppliers some of which include Otago cherries and Raw Manuka Honey from the Bay of Islands.

DENZIEN URBAN DISTILLERY

When city people want a city gin to call their own they take matters into their own hands and go on a mission to build an artisan distillery. Fanatical in the pursuit of no-compromise craft gin, we distil rain water with native botanicals in a gorgeous hand-made copper still right in the heart of Wellington. We make brazen city gins.

SUNDOWN GIN

Putting a premium twist on the premix world. A traditional dry gin made in the sunny Bay of Plenty from natural botanicals with a kiwi twist of Kawakawa and Horopito. New Zealand made, 100% natural, preservative free, low in sugar.

VICTOR GIN

Pondering early rock n’ roll, we thought a few rudimentary instruments working together sound great - let’s work with the basics, get some robust tones going, then turn up the volume. This stripped back approach is how we created Victor Gin. Juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamon & coriander - all delicious flavour tones, uniquely decipherable, that hum together with nowhere to hide.

INDIGINOUS GIN

Indiginous Gin is the passionate adventure of good mates Simon Wilson & Chris Charteris. After 2 years experimenting and scheming, we have established our distillery on the site of the original Tuatara Brewery in the Reikorangi Valley, on the Kapiti Coast. We focus on creating gin which delights those who drink it by delivering a smoothness and clarity of flavour that says quite simply and honestly, 'THIS IS REALLY GOOD GIN".

LONG CLOUD WINES AND SPIRITS

Christchurch based boutique specialists, Long Cloud have carefully compiled a diverse portfolio of exciting brands that appeal to the kiwi gin drinker and their ever-growing appetite for something new and unique.

Brands that deliver great quality, flavour and have great stories to tell.

Shannon and her team are excited to showcase UK craft brands Chase, Warner’s and Rock Rose as well as Australian Hemp Gin at Gindulgence 2020.

NATIONAL DISTILLERY

We blend modern distilling techniques with time-honoured traditions. We celebrate an exciting play between expansive creativity and an unbending commitment to making spirits that will stand the test of time. This duality defines us, inspiring our approach to crafting the finest selection of copper distilled New Zealand gins, vodkas, rums and whiskies available.

CLEMENGOLD GIN

South Africa’s premium citrus gin, is crafted from the wonderfully sweet and aromatic soft citrus fruit, sun-ripened and handpicked by selected mandarin growers from across the world.

Sundried ClemenGold peels take the flavour lead with eight botanicals to produce this smooth, Classic Cape Dry style gin with subtle hints of citrus.

FOOD

Authentic Italian Cuisine with a twist, it’s all gluten free! Fresh, simple and seasonal ingredients are at the base of our preparations. We change our menu weekly, but you will always find a couple of options of pasta, our famous deep fried mix (arancini, croquettes and/or deep fried mozzarella) and one or two desserts. We cater for vegan and vegetarians too.

At NomNom our motto is “ just doing our thing to bring you something delicious” with South East Asian inspired rice bowls... From organic Jackfruit and Sesame Tofu to free range Sticky Braised Pork and Kaffir lime fried Chicken. Always fresh. Always vibrant and always in careful consideration of the world around us.

The Rolling Pin are leaders in handmade dumplings - their foods are carefully crafted to bring you their unique twist on Southeast Asian cuisine. Since 2016, The Rolling Pin is celebrated in Auckland’s food-truck scene with a solid following. And in 2019, the team established a permanent home on Pakenham Street at Wynyard Quarters. Now you can enjoy their delicious foods from both the shop and food truck.
